My journey at both the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and North Carolina State University where I studied both Computer Science and Engineering has provided a dynamic blend of classroom learning and hands-on experience. During this time, I was able to develop Full-Stack web applications as part of a team following the SCRUM framework and develop an autonomous car. Beyond the classroom, engaging in personal projects has enriched my learning experience, transforming theoretical knowledge from the classroom into practical skills. While working at UNCW University Advancement and Spahr Solutions Group, I have developed web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with frameworks such as React and Flask. During my time at IBM, I have been able to develop testing environments with bash and PowerShell that have saved support developers hours of setup time. Additionally, my work in robotics and embedded systems has involved programming microcontrollers and integrating various sensors and motors for real-time control. These projects have honed my problem-solving abilities, preparing me to tackle real-world challenges in the technology industry.
