I manage the global recruiting branding strategy for The Boston Consulting Group, responsible for strategic brand development, as well as management and coordination for recruiting branding activities worldwide. What I do is an interesting intersection of branding, marketing, HR project management, social media, and communications.Previously, I was Director of Employer Branding and Marketing at McGraw Hill Financial, where I led the organization to its first Candidate Experience Award by The Talent Board.
