I have fifteen years of experience in the operating room, performing in multiple surgical specialties. Most of my experience over the years has been in orthopedics (elective, total joints, and trauma). I am currently the coordinator for the orthopedic surgical services at a very busy hospital in San Diego, CA. This includes day-to-day planning for elective and trauma procedures, including total joints and robotic-assisted total knees and hips. Other responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to, accommodating special instrument/device/supply requests from surgeons and coordinating/presenting ortho-related training and staff in-services.
