Performed legal research on WestlawNext Canada and Lexis Advance Quicklaw to prepare memoranda regarding various complex issues in the areas of defamation, product liability, class actions and consumer protection.Drafted and compiled pleadings, factums, application records and settlement agreements for proceedings in Small Claims Court, Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Conducted legal research and drafted legal memoranda, pleadings and letters to opposing counsel in various cases regarding wrongful dismissal and shareholder disputes.Conducted extensive research and prepared comprehensive case law reports on the principle of good faith as a basic organising principle in contractual relations and company reporting obligations.Analysed agreements targeted for use in legal software, such as lease, shareholder, share purchase and non-disclosure agreements. These agreements were then made available to law firms as templates for contract drafting.
