Working in several healthcare systems over the last 16 years taught me just how much of a difference can be made through collaborative interdisciplinary practice. By immersing myself in a variety of different cultures and practice models, I have experienced first-hand the numerous ways in which a positive cooperative environment benefits both patients and hospital staff. A career in pharmacy administration enables me to promote these attitudes and behaviors on a larger scale.One thing I love most about the pharmacy arena is the many dedicated, passionate people in the field looking to make a difference.
