With over 12 years of experience in agile product development, I have a proven track record of delivering user-friendly, accessible, and data-driven products that meet the needs and expectations of both demand- and supply-side customers.My core competencies include team building, UX / UI design, product management, prototyping, user story mapping, wireframing, lean UX, and information architecture. I also have a strong background in human factors engineering, with a master's degree from the University of Waterloo and multiple publications on designing social web applications for teams and communities.
