Based on my 30 years of working on all my personal vehicles as well as building classic/custom cars. (A 1928 Model AA Flat Deck,1930 Ford Model A, 1967 Ford Fairlane inline 6 manual column shift, 1966 Ford Galaxie 390)-If the customer bought head/taillight bulbs or wiper blades, I would install them in our parking lot. -Customer service focused. Always give the customer the best possible shopping experience in the store or over the phone.-Diffuse frustrated customers, whether my own, or a coworkers customer. I have years of customer service with a knack for calming the customer, getting to the root cause, (usually incorrect parts sold). Get them the correct parts and in some cases, give a small discount for the inconvenience.-Invite the customer to give me a call anytime with questions on parts or where they can go to get work done on their vehicle. I have a large network for all things automotive from glass cutting to transmission rebuilders to sourcing parts for rare European vehicles. I have been in the industry, am a Hot Rodder, and have always worked on all my own vehicles and classic car restorations. I have never taken any of my vehicles to a shop, always do the work myself.
