- Conduct Six Sigma Define Measure Analyze Improve Control (DMAIC), Lean and Design For Six Sigma (DFSS), projects, lead teams to address business process problems and design new processes to achieving results- Mentor Kaizen Leaders and Green Belts in completing DMAIC projects- Instruct Lean Six Sigma training classes as needed- Conduct special data analysis projects as requested by management- Identify opportunities for Six Sigma projects and conduct analysis to scope projects- Coach operations managers to establish performance measurement systems and goals aligned with organizational objectives- Establish Statistical Process Control charts where applicable and train process owners in their proper use- Work with process owners and Information Technology (IT) resources to make data available to process owners and Green Belts for process improvement- Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams to enhance quality of products and services- Communicate frequently with Master Black Belt and Deployment Leader regarding project status, issues and accomplishments- Facilitate project replication, sharing of best practices and documentation of standard operating procedures

- Support continuous improvement initiatives through identification of opportunities, sponsoring LSS projects and ensuring sustained results- Promote positive employee relations- Manages professional employee and supervisors- Accountability for managing operational P&L- Provides technical guidance to employees- Develops processes and procedures to implement functional strategies- Make decisions, often difficult and/or unpopular, that impact the facility, and support decisions by presenting rationale/business case- Ensure all manager business and financial objectives are met or exceeded- Oversee the productivity and quality of picking, quality control, and shipping of customer orders by coordinating with other departments to facilitate an efficient operation- Supervise, train, motivate, evaluate, and direct employees to ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved or exceeded- Develop and implement modifications and innovations to improve the quality of service to our customers- Ensure that the corporation's principles, policies, and programs are consistently practiced- Monitor compliance of safety, security, regulatory, and housekeeping processes and procedures- Monitor productivity, adhere to budgetary guidelines, and set goals to achieve Distribution Center objectives while maintaining standards pertaining to quality- Hold staff accountable for conducting work in a safe manner, ensure that warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment to perform distribution functions and provide support for a culture that strives toward continuous improvement in Environmental, Health and Safety
