I am a tech, IP and entertainment attorney and creative content producer. My work predominantly focuses on the overlap between the technology and entertainment sectors. I have had weeks where I’ve negotiated the license for a talent’s likeness to an indie game developer with others where I’m presenting a kids live action show to an audience in Cannes. I began my career as an early legal entrepreneur in the transactional tech law space. I have been counsel to media & production companies, talent, tech-startups and other law firms. I’ve lead technology due diligence for mergers and negotiated content agreements, SAAS contracts, website design, content distribution agreements, intellectual property licensing agreements and everything along the way. I’ve also had over 15 years of experience in the content-creation side of entertainment world. Seeing the convergence of media, entertainment and tech, I launched the first online entertainment show as a family project. That turned into more than 1,100 interviews and endless red carpets and scripted content with everyone from studio heads to A-listers, Arnold to Zendaya. I’ve been a writer and producer on kids TV projects and have produced and edited endless hours of purely positive, family-friendly content.
