Audited current usage and security of credit card data. Implemented secure coding standards. Implemented change-control standards and malicious intent code review for promotion of new code into production.Designed a custom contract and billing management system to replace the default program in Dynamics GP. Developed, managed, tested and implemented the new contract system in 3 months. Currently saving approximately 3 FTE’s and billing 15 -20 days faster with near 100% accuracy.Stabilized Dynamics GP system and replaced the poorly performing MS SQL server running the company accounting databases with a new 64 bit server and EMC SAN.

Solely managed entire IT operation including application development, data analysis, data center management, technical support, financial planning and vendor relationships.Business responsibilities included writing and running financial reports (gross margin, balance sheet, profit-loss, and comparatives) and regularly reviewing financial reports with CFO and director of accounting. Repaired and cleaned a poorly implemented ERP (Great Plains) package and reduced downtime during business hours. Developed an Intranet for custom applications using .Net, C#, IIS, and MS SQL Server. The Intranet served around 500 pages, 4 major programs, 15 minor programs, and countless data inquiry pages to 60 users daily
