Apartments.com has radically reshaped the Apartments ILS space in the last two years, and as Director of Business Analysis I played a crucial leadership role in helping to completely rebuild both the B2C and B2B product offerings which led Apartments.com to be the largest visited Apartments Rental Network in the industry and contributed to huge wins for the business including helping Apartments.com become profitable only two years into their acquisition.I was responsible for leading weekly product prioritization meetings with our Vice President of product and ensuring the execution and quality delivery of the product roadmap. From there, my team and I were in charge of managing the backlog for multiple scrum development teams spread throughout the county. My team and I helped to improve the efficiency of our development teams with detailed, just-in-time User Stories whose acceptance criteria take the form of Behavior Driven Development scenarios. I was also a technical product manager for our services teams as well as the product manager of many B2B offerings as well as other internal operational tools.

As a Senior Business Analyst I was primarily assigned to one of Geneca's highest profile clients, Redbox.

I joined Redbox as a consultant placed through Geneca. My initial assignment was as a Lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on the Kiosk software team. I partnered with the business to write high-quality business and technical requirements for the software used by millions of Redbox customers to help them pick their favorite items for rent.Based on my success in that position, I was tapped to lead the BSA team for a new venture to sell live event tickets at the kiosk. In my role, I was responsible for working with the Tickets technology team to help design the brand new architecture needed to support a brand new line of business. Additionally, I partnered with multiple internal teams to help write requirements and align them to build out required features within their domains to help support Tickets going live in just under a year. After launch, I then helped with maintenance mode features to help to continue to drive the new Tickets business forward.

I joined Navteq as a QA intern while in college and was promoted to Full-Time Business Analyst and Project Manager upon graduation. While at Navteq, I was responsible for building out new white-labeled e-commerce storefronts that directly sold physical and digital map updates to consumers. Our customers were global, which required me to manage projects across multiple time zones with localization at the heart of everything we did. Whether shipping physical discs to Ford, Fiat, or Kia customers or ensuring digital DRM-protected maps were correctly installed by customers on Harman Becker units, I always strived to provide our customers with the best possible digital experience. Beyond leading e-commerce build-outs, I also led our implementation of Google Analytics throughout our maps purchasing experience. This experience led me to become the web analytics lead supporting all of our teams, including technology and marketing. As analytics lead, I would provide analysis of our web traffic and our marketing campaign performance.
