I've always had a knack for computers and technology. During college I would often help out friends and family with their technical troubles, and I had finally built my own custom PC by sophomore year. It wasn't until being an RA for a bunch of freshman that I realized I wanted to merge working with people and my skills behind the keyboard. After six years of professional IT work, I continue to look for opportunities to grow my skills both technical or otherwise. I enjoy staying up to date on the latest hardware and software innovations. My colleagues know me as a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable technician who is more than happy to help them with an issue, no matter how small. I work with a great team so even though every day is different, and possibly challenging, it never really feels like a job to me.
