I have more than 25 years of experience working in software engineering and IT management. As CEO and founder of Adamsoft I was able to gain experience in many different industries including retail, telecommunications, banking, logistics and government.As CIO at Tuš and Tušmobil I got 12+ years of hands-on experience with Enterprise IT management. I optimized Enterprise IT utilizing open source solutions that led up to 50% cost reduction with a least 2 times faster time to market. My teams have integrated open source solutions with 10+ proprietary and legacy systems. To make this possible I had to master management of complex international engineering teams mixed with internal and external coworkers. I am able to recognize people's potential to motivate and drive them to personal and professional growth. I am happy and proud to see many of my coworkers flourishing at great IT positions around the world.I love to work in software engineering because there is always something new to learn. I could say that I had to re-learn everything that I was mastering from scratch several times in my life.
