Chargé du diagnostic territorial pour le développement des établissements EAJE de la Croix-Rouge Française, dans le cadre du projet Jardin d'Enfance. Construire un modèle de diagnostic de territoire, en identifier des indicateurs pertinents pour situer les zones de création ou de reprise d’établissements, l’enjeu étant d’avoir une cartographie par territoire du potentiel d’implantation des EAJE dans la Métropole du Grand Lyon.

Currently working on the EQUAL SPACE project, co-funded by the European Commission, as part of a civic service. This ERASMUS+ project was born out of a partnership between four NGOs specialising in research and education whose field of action extends from one end of Europe to the other. Indeed, EQUAL SPACE is the fruit of the cooperation between the PERIPHERIE association, in Austria, the Center of Women's Study and Policies in Sofia, in Bulgaria, REDE, in Portugal and of course the French from Elan Interculturel. In fact, we want to encourage migrants and minorities to take action against the obstacles they may encounter. It is true that migrants and children of immigrants experience difficulties in accessing adult education, the latter too often neglecting the inclusion of disadvantaged people. In this context, the EQUAL SPACE project aims to promote gender equality and social diversity in the world of work. Thus, through specialized workshops, we will train the Community Educators, whose role is to support the members of their communities in their professional careers, taking into account gender equality and diversity. In this way, EQUAL SPACE will be created in several stages.

Intern employed by the CNDH in Rabat. I had the chance to participate in the programming of the Green Zone during the COP22 in Marrakech, and I was also able to animate the "agora" spaces where various actors from the Moroccan civil society were able to express themselves, but not only. We were honoured to welcome various NGOs and companies specializing in sustainable development from around the world. A memorable and rewarding experience.
