As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Manpower Group (Talent Solutions RPO), I work with delivering tailored recruitment solutions to our customers in different industries. Currently, I am at Nordea where I work closely with recruiting managers to ensure as seamless process as possible.

As TAP, I played a pivotal role in ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and professional recruitment process, and overseeing the projects from start to finish. My diverse responsibilities encompassed administrative tasks, crafting compelling job ads, candidate sourcing and screening, conducting assessments and interviews, and offering valuable candidate feedback. Additionally, I formulated strategic recruitment plans for my geographical area, provided managerial support to recruiting managers, and coached them to create exceptional candidate experiences. I'm also involved in initiating pre-boarding processes.

In my role as TAS, I worked with HR and the organization's long-term strategy to attract the best talent to help the business grow.My responsibilities varied a lot but included writing ads, searching for and screening candidates, conducting telephone interviews, and providing candidates with feedback and support in administrative tasks and toward managers in hiring decisions, etc. I have mainly recruited in the areas of Analytics, Controlling, Merchandising, and Planning but have always been self-driven and curious with an urge to learn even more. Together with my team, we set strategies but also ensured that they became a reality and part of our way of working.Some of my favorite moments:• Over 800 conducted interviews and over 100 hires.• Part of the candidate capacity test pilot, for the entire H&M group, globally.• Working with, and developing the volume recruitment process for the Junior Plannerrole and also piloting a volume recruitment process for the business/data analyst role.

The main task of the Nomination Committee is to propose new elected representatives. Based on the nominations received, we interview people who are interested in being part of SköEkon's Board and before the annual meeting, where the new board is elected, we present which people we recommend to which post. I have also got the chance to work a lot on developing the Nomination Committees way of working but also with Employer Branding questions and aspects.Mandate period: Mar-Dec

My role as SköEkon's Art Director involved a close collaboration with SköEkon's marketing manager, but where I was responsible for the graphic part. I was the one in charge of all the pictures and movies that were published on our social media and in physical form.Mandate period: Sep-Dec

My role as a Commissioner included flexible tasks as my job was to help other board members where needed. This could be done in the form of different project groups for our events. In addition to this, I was also responsible over our members, which meant that I constantly worked on registering our members and the administration of the membership information.

The goal at Systembolaget was not to sell as much as possible with the greatest possible profit, my job as a sales advisor was only to provide good service to the public. The work included everything from floor work where I was out in the store and helped customers, warehouse work in the form of unpacking goods but also a lot of work at checkout.

My goal as Sales Advisor at H&M was to inspire, guide and help H&M's customers in all possible ways. Whether it was on the floor, in the fitting rooms or at the checkout. In addition to good customer service, my duties also included handling incoming garments and ensuring that the store always looked attractive. I also worked a lot with H & M's various campaigns and sales activities. My employment was terminated due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

At Lekia, I worked during the winter of 2018 as a sales advisor where my focus area was to work at the checkout, but also to guide Lekia's customers as well as possible during the Christmas shopping.

During my employment at Storesupport, I worked as a consultant and was out in grocery stores around the Stockholm area. I got the opportunity to work at stores such as ICA, COOP, CityGross, Hemköp and Willys. The work included everything from work at the checkout to warehouse and floor work.

Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium Elevkår (Former Hermods Gymnasiums Elevkår).As the chairman of the board, I was the face to the outside world and also had the overall responsibility for the entire activities of Hermods Gymnasium's Elevkår. I convened and held board meetings and worked a lot with leadership to make sure the rest of the board members achieved their individual goals but also the goals we as a group set.

Klara Teoretiska Gymnasium Elevkår (Former Hermods Gymnasiums Elevkår). As event manager, he was responsible for all events organized by the Student Union. Through this post, I also worked a lot to keep in touch with various partners at events and set up a business plan for the whole year. These events could be anything from inaugurations to lusse invitations at lucia.
