• Responsible for small and medium complexity projects• Manage and communicate a clear vision of the project's objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members• Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external clients to reassess and amend the scope of work requirement, budget, and timeline• Analyze risks, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating mitigating action. • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the creation, beta testing, implementation, and enhancement of an internal web portal across four company locations• Manage ~4,500 audio marketing messaging accounts with varying contract terms and services• Responsible for new voice account set-ups, coordinate equipment installation, copywriting/editing, and communicating directly with clients regarding account information and delivering timely solutions to customer concerns or issues• Schedule and coordinate daily recording sessions with audio engineers and assigned voice talent within critical deadlines• New product development and introduction of an enhanced client web portal in response to customer demand
