Adam Furstein is a Director with the Credit Funds at Fortress Investment Group. Adam was previously the Chief Development Officer for United Pacific. He is responsible for all ground up development and JV relationships. United Pacific, through its retail convenience locations and its retail and wholesale fuel distribution network, has established itself as one of the largest independent owners, suppliers and operators of gas stations and convenience stores in the Western United States. United Pacific offers motor fuels products under the 76, Conoco, Shell, Chevron and United Oil flags and convenience items through the We Got It! Food Mart, My Goods Market, Circle K, and Rocket brands. United Pacific operates its retail and wholesale businesses in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Colorado.Adam was previously Vice President of Land Management for Flagler where he has managed the disposition of over $160 million in land assets and was an integral part of the re-entitlement process of thousands of acres throughout the State. Flagler is one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service commercial real estate companies. Prior to joining Flagler, Adam was Senior Vice President of Furst Florida Food Management, a multi-unit franchisee of both the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands. Adam lead all real estate development and leasing activities for the company. Adam helped the company become one of the largest franchisees in the state with over 250 employees. Previously Adam was the Manager of American Commercial Capital’s ("ACC”) Partner Services. ACC was a subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank specializing in the restaurant and convenience store/gas station sectors. In this position, Adam was responsible for marketing commercial insurance products, cash management services, real estate products (including financing and M & A advisory services), and a variety of other financial services.Adam began his career with Global Sports Management & Brokerage. The firm negotiated the sales of minor league sports franchises ranging in size from $300K to $10MM.
