I am currently a senior at the University of Washington, a Civil Engineering major, and a Coxswain on the men's rowing team.Years of competition have taught me resilience and how to excel under pressure, adhere to tight deadlines and perform in high stress situations.I have successfully balanced academics and athletics for over eight years, and as a result, I have learned how to lead through my actions and inspire teammates and peers to do the same.I excel in situations where I am managing multiple priorities, tracking several moving parts or leading initiatives to achieve team objectives, this in when I feel I am in my natural environment.Some of my interests are hydrology and transportation engineering (I especially like the idea of trying to design roads in the most efficient way possible).My strengths are:- Attention to detail- Versatility- Working as part of a team and leading teams- Working productively and comfortably in stressful situations- Thinking things through from an objective point of viewThe best way to contact me is via e-mail at: adamgold123@gmail.com
