I am motivated by helping senior leaders, leadership teams and organisations release their full potential, thus moving their businesses forward.Prior to moving into consultancy, I spent 23 years with Maersk Line, living and travelling in many countries, and growing an integral understanding of the mechanics and complexity of large companies.Knowing the importance of people and engagement, not least in a corporate context, I now work with executive coaching, team development and assessment of potential. I also advise companies on digital transformation, scalabity, enterprise architecture and the required culture change.Starting as a trainee with Maersk I have has led business areas, countries, regions and I have had the overall coordination responsibility for the integration of acquired companies. Later I became responsible for the design and optimization of the company’s process landscape and eventually took responsibility for Maersk Line’s global IT organisation as Chief Information Officer.I hold a Diploma in Business Economics (HDA) from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), an EMBA from IMD and an Executive Coaching Certification from Ashridge Hult Business School.
