I was previously part of the team at Compu B, Irelands Apple Premium Reseller. My role consists of diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing hardware & software faults with Apple computers & iOS devices. I also put my communication skills to good use by assisting customers with any issues they have with their devices.From time to time I also assist customers with any queries they may have and help them plan out specific packages to suit their needs.
