With 15 years of experience in the cannabis industry, I have cultivated a deep understanding of horticulture and the technologies that drive successful cultivation practices. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, I began my career by overseeing sales for a national chain of hydroponic supply stores, where I developed a strong foundation in customer relations and industry dynamics.My journey led me to assist in taking two companies public, after which I specialized in selling HID lighting technology to commercial cultivators nationwide. This experience allowed me to explore the burgeoning field of horticulture lighting technologies, where I recognized the impending shift to LED solutions and the substantial benefits offered by broad-spectrum, high PPF fixtures—particularly those produced by Fluence.Since joining Fluence in 2018, I have utilized my extensive knowledge in commercial-scale horticulture lighting and controlled environment agriculture to engage with some of the largest cannabis cultivators in the world. My team’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge lighting solutions has been instrumental in fostering enduring client relationships and driving new business development. I leverage my strengths in sales management and customer service to effectively meet the diverse needs of commercial cultivators.Residing just outside Denver, CO, I enjoy spending my leisure time snowboarding, fishing, and cherishing moments with my wife and two kids.
