From my observations, the skill had a lot to do with listening. In the sales world, we call that "discovery", but really, its the ability to listen and ask the right questions but not just in a way that is benefiting Sophos, but in a way that is truly benefiting the customer. That was exactly what was needed in Adam's territory, but I don't think anyone truly knew that, until he came on board. I learned a lot from Adam and I know he would be a great contributor to any company who is looking for a highly skilled sales professional." and "Adam was a key member of my Enterprise sales team while I was managing the West and Central territories for Sophos. Adam just won't take no for an answer and he surprised me on a regular basis by bring home complex hard fought deals. His team liked him, his customers trusted and his forecast was always on point. I would love to have the chance to manage him again and I have no doubt he would crush it in any sales role he is put into. "
