Real First Aid specialise in the creation and delivery of First Aid and Safety training for those who work in high risk or remote environments. Our unique pragmatic and practical delivery style, in addition to our challenging, immersive, high-fidelity scenario based training events has earned us an enviable reputation in a market saturated with 'read-from-the-book' PowerPoint training.As Director of Real First Aid Ltd, I have overall responsibility for the running of the business, design, development and delivery of training programs and the acquisition of new clients as well as the maintenance of existing client relationships but my primary interests are in education and pre-hospital care.As a graduate of King's College London, University of Wales, Aberystwyth and University of Bristol, my formal education is supplemented with industry-standard training and NGB awards, reinforced by 20 years of practical experience, leadership and training delivery through the UK and across many of the mountainous regions of Europe as well as Tanzania, Kenya, Liberia, Sierra Leonne, Borneo, Dubai, Ukraine and Tajikistan.I have experience in working with a diverse range of clients including:• Armed Forces and Private Security• Energy Sector Organisations• Public & Charitable Sector Organisations• Executive Coaching• Educational Establishments from Key Stage 3 to Post Graduate• Media Industry• Disadvantaged and Disengaged Young People including Challenging Behaviour.
