Transactional attorney for Mayor Garcetti. I negotiated and drafted high-level agreements on behalf of the Mayor's Office and City of Los Angeles agencies. I also advised the Mayor's Office and other city employees on compliance with federal law and procurement regulations. I was a Policy Director for Cybersecurity Policy. In this role, I built the Los Angeles Cyber Lab, the nation's first locally based P3 for cybersecurity. I also co-chaired the City's Cyber Intrusion Command Center working group, a cross functional team that develops policy and best practice for cybersecurity and oversaw the development of LA's award winning Integrated Security Operations Center.

I served as pro-bono legal counsel to producers of micro-budget films. To that end, I prepared copyright assignment agreements, work-for-hire contracts, crew and talent agreements, and chain of title documents. I also prepared clearance reports for screenplays, trailers, and other material.

I managed a staff of 35 second and third year law students in the successful development of two volumes of this internationally recognized journal which delved into international legal questions. Our second volume focused on the Future of Children in International Law.
