I have responsibility in multiple products such as Workforce Management System, Fleet Helper Document Management & Logistics Resources Profiling. My activities and accomplishments are:Workforce Management System- Proposed new system which used by 6+ country using country employment regulation as basis to improve work hours data accuracy and create seamless workforce scheduling.- Gain deep down understanding about user pain point by communicating it with cross-functional stakeholder and transform it into new improvement.- Do research & analysis from technical side and user side about operational's internal product problem & pain point to achieve better efficiency and effectivity of workforce.- Develop analytical dashboard of shift compliance to measure metrics of the product.- Develop test scenario and do UAT for Attendance Record to Billing SystemLogistics Resource Profiling- Do qualitative research by interviewing several users about warehouse operational problem- Do quantitative research to validate warehouse operational problem by analyzing rostering month in warehouse- Measure feasibility of the product implementation by analyzing activities that being covered in the system- Develop impactful solution in business requirement document which aimed to increase operational productivity & minimize cost in operational- Develop business dashboard to sum up 50k+ manpower granular productivity from 7 warehouses using SQL.Helper Document Management- Translate user pain point in to business requirement document, create required system diagram and mockup for development.- Collaborate with multiple stakeholder to align the proposed system, country regulation and operational basis.- Develop test-case scenario for testing phase and training material for end-user- Product accepted as Business as Usual within one week of release and currently managing 2000+ digital contracts.

As a Product Manager I have responsibility to lead Growth Hack team to re-develop product named Gardenee.
