I had the opportunity to participate in the development of a new financial services start-up. - Designed, developed, and launched in production Retail Deposit banking products end-to-end (Checking / Debit, Savings, and CDs) via a FinTech banking model in 3 months (in pilot).- Modeled and developed the implementation of new Card and Bank product offerings (retail, small business) as well as create and maintain the E2E Banking product roadmap and backlog - Managed the full end-to-end development and implementation of a Digital Banking technology infrastructure and ecosystem across 10+ vendors and the internal front-end / full stack technology development teams - Identified, contracted, managed, and owned all key digital banking vendor relationships and integrations including – the real-time banking core, bank operations servicing, debit card processing, managed services (disputes, return mail, etc.), card networks, card fulfillment, P2P, BillPay, and Mobile Deposit Capture - Owned daily C-Suite level relationships and implementation updates both internally and at the Sponsor Bank - Supported all key acquisition activities for the purchase of a chartered financial institution including drafting responses to the fed, OCC, and other key state regulatory bodies - Built out the Banking Operations servicing center and Product Banking team including the acquisition of physical space, job descriptions, requisitions, postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding - Performed executive leadership and managerial duties; managed 6 direct FTEs and 4 consultants - Reviewed and approved all critical consumer disclosures and documentation; iteratively analyzed and reviewed product offerings with compliance, legal, and risk departments - Represented the Banking Product / Business with all internal cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, legal, compliance, risk / LP, technology, data & analytics, finance, information security, designers, and investors)
