With 20+ years experience in the legal field, spanning Big Law, my own firms, and in-house counsel for growth companies, I have a proven track record of delivering results and driving value for diverse and dynamic organizations across consumer products, technology, entertainment, and media sectors. I am passionate about leveraging my unique experience, skill sets, and knowledge to work closely with the founders and leadership committees, as well as all departments at Cymbiotika to plan and execute growth strategies and innovation, and to determine and achieve the company’s mission and vision.* * * Adam began his legal career with a national firm primarily focused on high-stakes, commercial litigation involving multiple parties in federal and state courts across the country, as well as private arbitrations in various forums. Over time, Adam developed his transactional practice advising startups and other innovators concerning business, intellectual property and entertainment law matters. Eventually, Adam formed his own firm with two other partners, during which time he focused on representing Silicon Valley start-ups and content creators in software, music, and film including Cymbiotika, BPM Supreme, Dash Radio, BOMANI Cold Buzz, and Secure Circle. In late 2021, Adam helped negotiate and oversaw Secure Circle’s acquisition by cybersecurity leader, CrowdStrike, in a near nine-figure deal. Adam is admitted to practice in California and Minnesota, and has been awarded Attorney of the Year (General Counsel) by the San Diego Business Journal in 2021 and 2022. Adam has been selected to the list of Super Lawyers and served one of lead lawyers on the Prince Estate and Paisley Park. Adam is an acclaimed speaker and panelist (including SXSW and NBI), and a founding executive board member of SANNEH (The Sanneh Foundation), which has grown from a $35,000 annual budget to a $7 million annual budget.
