• Designed the team’s first corner module controller PCB in Altium Designer (schematic and layout), which transmits sensor input data, such as brake rotor temperature and tire temperature, to the rear controller of the car through CAN• Created an enclosure for the corner module controller PCB in SolidWorks, which will be mounted to the chassis on all four corners of the car to protect the electrical components from the elements• Programmed a GPIO pin driver for an Arduino microcontroller which allows the user to input the name, number, direction (I/O) and initial state of the pin in a .json file and convert it into usable C code for Arduino using an auto generation script written in Python, saving the team time in the workflow of programming a microcontroller• Designed the LV electrical harness for the 2022 car using electrical routing tools in Solidworks
