Adam Goldworm is the President of Aperture Entertainment, a boutique management/production company that he founded in 2009. The company represents many sought after writers and filmmakers.Goldworm has demonstrated a fine eye for discovering AAA graphic novels ripe for adaptation as demonstrated by the success of its critically acclaimed indie film MY FRIEND DAHMER and the upcoming UPGRADE SOUL. Goldworm is actively producing several films at Paramount including THE OBERLIN INCIDENT, the World War 2 real time thriller BLESSED EVENT And the four quadrant family adventure film ERRY LITTLE CHRISTMAS. Goldworm is also producing the Vince McMahon biopic PANDEMONIUM at TriStar with Requa & Ficarra (THIS IS US) directing. Goldworm recently produced LIVE starring Aaron Eckhart and directed by client Steven C. Miller and the Fangoria horror comedy SATANIC PANIC written by his client Grady Hendrix, whose books MY BEST FRIENDS EXORCISM, SOUTHERN BOOKCLUB, HORRORSTOR and FINAL GIRLS SUPPORT GROUP are all set up around town as film and TV projects (with Goldworm producing the latter two). Speaking of TV, Aperture is developing the genre bendIng cable series — JULIA with Hulu and ABC Signature (Julia Child as a Spy), THE VEGETABLE at 20th, and an adaptation of the image comics series PROOF. Goldworm produced VICE, EXTRACTION and THE PRINCE (all starring Bruce Willis and all sucking), THE LAST WITCH HUNTER (Vin Diesel, Michael Caine, sucking less) and HEIST (Robert Deniro, Dave Bautista, actually quite good). Goldworm has produced various independent films including Simon Rumley’s RED, WHITE & BLUE as well as the micro-budget zombie film AUTOMATON TRANSFUSION and the god awful LUCKYTOWN starring Kirsten Dunst and James Caan.Goldworm produced the critically acclaimed play TASTE written by his client Benjamin Brand and directed by Stuart Gordon.Goldworm spent five years at Industry Entertainment as the EVP TV where he produced several TV anthologies including Showtime's Emmy Award Winning MASTERS OF HORROR, ABC's Emmy Award Nominated MASTERS OF SCIENCE FICTION and NBC’s FEAR ITSELF.Goldworm was one of the 35 executives under the age of 35 selected for the Hollywood Reporter's Next Generation 2008.He has written several news stories for Variety and Daily Variety where he started as an intern writing obituaries. Goldworm has no plans to change his name.
