- Formulated business case and secured investment to launch Maudsley Private Care, the first comprehensive NHS private patient service for mental health- Acting Managing Director of Maudsley Private Care through implementation period- Developed Trust’s consulting offer leading to several high-value commissions- Secured high-value consulting contract with UAE-based client, leading from proposal through to contract negotiation and latterly as Project Director

- Secured multi-million £ revenue growth annually through leadership of the Trust’s bidding function- Led New Model of Care (Provider Collaborative) business case for Tier 4 CAMHS across South London- Led tender and implementation plan for Maudsley’s expansion into Dubai (Government hospital quality improvement contract) - Formulated risk management tool for commercial ventures and Alliance contracts, adopted by Board and still routinely used today

- Recruited to the Trust to implement commercial governance and best practice - Managed bid and service promotion teams- Supported development of commercial strategy

- Business development role for the US leader in managed mental health care whilst in start-up mode in the UK- Developed partnerships for large contracts e.g. adult outpatient services, city-wide CAMHS and Ministry of Justice

- Leadership of tenders for clinical services- Conducted service review of Tier 3/4 CAMHS service- Developed pricing model for new specialist service rolled out nationally
