Delivering Digital Experience projects including:- the in year switch out and integration of a new timetable system for the Falmouth / FXPlus / University of Exeter partnership to replace the previous solution, the centralisation and enhancement of supporting processes and the annual timetable cycle to reduce scheduling times and timetable change, including the development and implementation of a real time integration with the SISO space booking system and the provision and inauguration of a timetabling governance structure. The project also streamlined existing timetabling practices and fostered a collaborative approach to timetabling with Academic and Technical teams, cemented in timetabling policy revision.- the deployment of an attendance and engagement monitoring system to support student retention, wellbeing and UKVI compliance comprising 300+ hardware card reader installation, configuration and roll out of software and supporting processes, policies and adoption for 6000+ users. The project scope was extended to capture attendance online in response to the pandemic and delivered space utilisation data and an engagement dashboard for all Falmouth students combining data sets from across student records, library and academic systems. - the delivery of a week long staff development festival as part of the University's COVID response transitioning learning and teaching online, overseeing the creation of 50 learning content modules, a program of live streamed interactive sessions and synchronous and asynchronous learning activities for Falmouth Academic, Technical and Professional services staff. I have also produced and delivered a series of staff development training sessions in project management fundamentals and taken a lead role on the development of the Project Management Office and the community of practice around project management at the University.

Managing technical delivery, studios and equipment loans for the School of Media and Communications.I also delivered a number of projects including a technical portal for all staff and students across all 6 UAL partner colleges, containing all technical facilities, equipment, staff and processes enabling users to find the resources and information around our provision, transitioning the student IT inductions to a hybrid delivery model with key content deliver online to enhance the student experience, a technical curriculum delivery restructure to support the revalidation of the School of Media and Communications course portfolio and 3 external college exhibitions.

Digital skills technical instruction for Falmouth's Fashion and textile Institute across Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, After Effects, Social Media management, 'Intermedia' projects). I produced a series of promotional prospectus videos, a graduate exhibition, a departmental blog showcasing the expertise of the learning and teaching team and a digital catalogue for graduating students work.

I work closely with academics and IT and AV service providers to enhance the student / staff learning technology and e learning experience. I've worked on projects including representation of resources online across the university, lecture capture, event streaming, integrating e learning into the curriculum, defining AV support roles and video conferencing.I also sit on the Universities Academic board and the Online Resource Group.

Ill Fm is an internet radio station specialising in electronic experimental sound and all genres of rave music and bass. I manage the day to day running of the station with Tamon Miyakita, as well as producing content for live broadcasts and editing / uploading archive material. I developed the site in conjunction with Mark Addison.
