As the principal broker of TIME Real Estate, I work with a strong group of highly experienced real estate professionals and fantastic clients. In my years as a real estate professional, I have learned from some of the top agents in the Salt Lake valley. I began as an office manager and learned the ins and outs of the real estate profession by being a part of every single transaction that came through the office. I became proficient in virtually every aspect of the real estate industry and have significant experience buying and selling everything from residential homes, to vacant land, to commercial/industrial buildings. Previous to my real estate career, I graduated from the University of Utah with two Bachelor degrees - one in Russian and another in International Studies. Because of the complexities and ever changing nature of the Utah real estate market, key courses including business law, intercultural communications, international finance etc., have contributed to the knowledge and experience base I provide my clients on a daily basis. On a personal level, I enjoy competition and was fortunate to represent the University of Utah as a member of the rugby team. The University of Utah is a national powerhouse in rugby and we achieved two second place finishes while finishing no worse than 3rd while I was on the team. This fantastic experience helped me further develop traits of hard work, dedication, and an understanding of the importance of teamwork.I believe that a true real estate professional is not in the sales industry, as often we are associated with the likes of car salesmen and other sales professions, however, Real Estate is a Service Industry and the only thing I am selling is my service to you as an Agent and as a Broker.
