CurrentKey Accomplishments:-Brand Team lead for the holistic, multi-year rebrand of the $2B Folgers Coffee Brand, resulting in +1.1pts household penetration and +$132MM sales from 2020 to 2021 alone!-Developed and executed several comprehensive annual brand strategies resulting in record sales years in 21-23.-Led a cross-functional team to create Folger's first and primary consumer facing sustainability program which positively impacts thousands of small holder coffee farmers; The Best Part Promise-Implemented several value engineering projects, saving $20MM annually and winning the JMS Innovation AwardRoles and Responsibilities: -People Management and Career Development: Directly manage, nurture, and advance the career of the Folgers Brand Analyst -P&L/Business Planning: Lead development & execution of our annual brand plans to meet goals. This includes general management fundamentals (coffee pricing, sourcing, operations, distribution, merchandising, and promotions).-Brand Strategy: Lead the brand positioning process to develop our coffee product architecture, to ensure all activities support our brand strategy.-Marketing Planning/Communications: Lead agencies on strategy and creative development for fully-integrated marketing communications.-Innovation: Provide input into coffee brand innovation, specifically guiding delivery against unique long term brand propositions. But also lead brand renovation efforts with our own projects and product efforts that fall outside of the Innovation team.-Sales/Customer: Partner with Coffee Sales to develop channel strategies and drive growth business at key customers, including implications for pricing and sizing, evaluate channel specific needs, identify business opportunities, and track new item distribution and performance.-Insights: Collaborate with research teams to leverage historical & secondary data to drive business insights into opportunities!
