Prior to, Mr. Hartzell enjoyed a 14-year investment banking career in New York City at Crédit Agricole managing institutional equity sales and trading for European- and Asian-originated investment products for the world's largest cooperative financial institution.Mr. Hartzell attended Occidental College in Los Angeles and Waseda University in Tokyo.
