Dedicated and passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), I am an ally to black and brown leaders and professionals in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in HR, Operations, & Sales With a focus on utilizing technology as an enabler, I am committed to helping ABA providers improve the quality of care they offer and grow their organizations.Professional Experience:- Business Development Representative: Leveraging my passions for DEI & technology, I collaborate with ABA therapy providers to identify and select technology solutions that streamline their operations from end to end and integrate all their various systems into one single source of truth. By implementing innovative solutions, I support these providers in reaching their goals and positively impacting the quality of care their clients receive.- Technology Advocate : As a technology advocate, I seek to help organizations in the ABA therapy field adopt and optimize technology platforms and tools to streamline operations, improve data collection and analysis, and enhance communication and collaboration across the organization. My focus is on empowering providers to leverage technology effectively to deliver high-quality care.- DEI Advocate: I actively engage in initiatives and conversations that promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and the development and support of black professionals within the ABA therapy community. By facilitating webinars and discussion sessions, I help create awareness and understanding around the importance of cultural competence and equitable practices. I strive to create an inclusive space where black and brown leaders and professionals feel supported and empowered.Outside of Work:Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid reader (favorites authors being: Dr. danyelle beal, Dr. Melissa Harris-Perry, Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, & Mrs. Fawn Weaver, CEO) with a particular love for African-American history. Exploring the rich and diverse stories of the African-American experience allows me to deepen my understanding of cultural heritage and contribute to the ongoing dialogue around racial justice and equality. I also enjoy engaging in community outreach programs that support underrepresented groups and contribute to positive social change.I am always open to connecting with like-minded individuals who share a passion for DEI, technology, and advancing the field of ABA therapy.
