After 8.5 years in a contract full time role at Bonneville, I transitioned to a full time federal role with the Environment, Fish & Wildlife division.

In this role, I am a contract employee at Bonneville Power Administration, a Federal agency managing a significant part of the power generation and transmission in the Pacific Northwest. I work as a project management consultant in the Environment, Fish & Wildlife division, providing a consultative approach to project management efforts and as a holistic change management expert.

As a business consultant, I provide services in the areas of organizational development, business process design, marketing, personnel management, and project management. Some examples of current and past clients include:• Tradesmen Electric: providing organizational structure development skills and training to employees to support the business to be sustainable and efficient in its growth • Rail~Volution: provided project management and organizational development expertise for orchestrating structural transitions, including the development of operational and leadership handbooks• Grace Computers: assisted in the business process overhaul and streamlining operations activities • Connected Enterprises, Inc.: designed marketing material (presentations, web documents), managed book authoring project

After four years on the Board as Vice President & Secretary, I have succeeded a fantastic predecessor and am excited to lead the efforts of this association for the foreseeable future! I have enjoyed the many opportunities and challenges during this role.

As a Board member, I work with the Board and our property management team to oversee and address day-to-day issues around our 203 unit townhome property. In this role, I have engaged in myriad tasks including working through an extensive property envelope inspection, oversseeing several landscaping upgrade projects, establishing policy and guidelines to ensure the residents are safe and happy, and worked to ensure the longevity of our property.

In this capacity, I oversaw the operations and community activities of ManKind Project Northwest, a division of ManKind Project USA. This role provided me the opportunity to support others in the organization in realizing their own efforts to develop their leadership. My emphasis was to ensure that volunteer efforts undertaken fit closest to each participant's personal mission -- so that we all can work together doing what we love.

As the Vice President of the Board for the ManKind Project Northwest, I work with my fellow Board members to provide governance and structure to the primarily volunteer run organization. We work to ensure that all of the communities around the Pacific Northwest have the support to engage in training activities, community events, and personal development opportunities pursuant to the organization's mission and each member's personal goals.

I joined WorldPay to work as a consultant to small businesses in ensuring they are protecting their business and getting the most out of their merchant services relationship. This was a fantastic opportunity to experience consultative sales from the front lines and explore a local economy in a thorough manner.

Rail~Volution is a non-profit that provides education and outreach for transit and planning professionals through an annual conference. I was hired as the Interim Executive Director to manage the organization’s annual business during a leadership transition.

In my role at Insight Schools, I was responsible for managing a number of projects to facilitate the development and management of Insight's online public high schools around the country. Primary among my accomplishments was delivering the enrollment process for two semesters, and overhauling it utilizing Agile Methodology to greatly improve efficiency. I also acted as the primary liaison for the customer service division, and managed a number of other projects such as course re-development and redesigning the faculty hiring process.

In this role, I managed the implementation of a new global service initiative designed to improve our engineering services, partnering closely with multiple divisions on the marketing and communication efforts to support this and other initiatives. This also included the development and implementation of risk mitigation plans, managing a series of technology installation projects, and managing a global vendor.

I began with Applied Materials as an Office Administrator while still attending college at Boise State University. I was quickly promoted to Office Manager, and then to Executive Administrator within two years. My duties ranged from designing, implementing,and managing new account processes to matrix managing other administrators on the team spread around the country. I also managed executive communications and relationships for an Executive Vice President.
