West Harbor Capital is a real estate private equity firm focused exclusively on the investment and asset management of industrial properties located throughout Southern California.

Responsible for managing the company's Western US industrial portfolio. Duties include overseeing the Asset Management and Operations team in addition to supporting the efforts of development and acquisitions. Post disposition of the Industrial Income Trust portfolio in November 2015, Adam's key initiative is to help grow the IPT portfolio through market expertise and deep rooted brokerage relationships. In addition to this initiative, Adam manages the western US asset management team consisting of leasing, operations and construction services.

From 2009 - 2014, Adam was involved in the sales and leasing of more than 3.5 million square feet of property.Prior to joining Colliers International, Adam was a broker at CBRE where he was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2005 and Broker of the Year in 2008. During the last two years of his tenure with the firm, he was involved in 125 transactions totaling 5.12 million square feet and more than $279 million in total consideration. In 2013 he was awarded an SIOR scholarship from Prologis based on his efforts in representing Prologis and his outstanding reputation within the industry. He was been awarded CoStar’s Power Broker Awards in 2009 - 2013. His performance was measured against all the commercial real estate brokers active in the Los Angeles Basin and ranked based on overall industrial transaction volume. He was also nominated to become a member of the Logistics and Transportation practice group for Colliers international which helped better serve and understand his Logistics based clientele.Adam has built a bullet proof reputation by providing the highest level of service and ethics while aggressively representing his clients.Specialties: Project marketing, corporate representation, development and site selection consultation, broker relations, research and transaction coordination.

Adam began his commercial real estate career in the Torrance office of CBRE where he began developing his knowledge and relationships in the Mid Counties and South Bay industrial real estate markets. His main efforts centered around business development and building on relationships to grow team revenue. He was awarded Rookie of the Year honors his first year as a broker in the largest producing office in Southern California and later in 2008 earned the Broker of the Year award based on his production, leadership and reputation within the commercial brokerage community. Prior to his departure to Colliers Adam was involved in the leasing and sales of more than $670M of industrial real estate transactions creating a position as one of the top brokers in Southern California.
