Accounting is the language of business. With this skill, I can change the lives of people forever. That’s what I currently do at McKinley Carter. My background allows me to achieve my goals of giving back to the community in a unique way.My background at Miami has allowed me to work in many software platforms including Microsoft Office, Structured Query Language, Tableau, and SAP. Miami pushed me to constantly enhance my skills. I worked in many group projects including a client challenge in which we worked with a large bank. Upon graduation in May of 2020, I plan on obtaining my CFP.Outside of work, I enjoy coaching a traveling select baseball team. This allows me to continue to stay involved in a game that I grew up playing. Also, I love the opportunity to create a relationship with the players and mentor them. The boys I coach are 17, and 18 years old. Helping them on the field achieve dreams of playing in college as well as off the field with deciding what to do with their future is the most rewarding part of the role.
