In my role at Qubit, I manage operations and conduct all client relations while serving as creative director for a talented team that produces and develops brands, periodicals, websites, social media campaigns, and video production for a client base from California to New York.

Combining civilian-acquired skills with combat training, the Army National Guard assists communities recovering from natural disasters, pandemics, and civil disturbances while serving as the primary reserve for Active Duty Army during military conflict. Currently a Colonel, serving as the State Public Affairs Officer for the Oklahoma National Guard. In this role, I manage the public affairs team to create both short and long-term campaign plans which communicate the marketing messages of the Oklahoma National Guard through print, video, and social media.My previous assignments include: Executive Officer, 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team - Chief of Staff and second in command for a unit consisting of roughly 3,500 Soldiers. Strata is a leadership company based in Oklahoma City that partners with organizations to strengthen a healthy workplace culture. Strata serves leaders in shaping culture by providing assessments, analyses, executive coaching, and training programs on the role of character and competence in the workplace.Working directly with the CEO of the company, I served as the lead creative with the task of re-imaginingthe organization's brand, then managing the application of the new brand to all company materials, including print and digital media, merchandise, company website, social media, and external building signage. I then created brand systems for three subordinate companies.
