Adam has spent his career at the intersection of Real Estate and Technology. He has been an early investor, board member, founder, and advisor in a number of companies ranging from agribusiness, trading platforms, Fintech, App development, SaaS software, green tech, real estate to wine with successful exits including an IPO. Adam spent early days marketing circuit board components in Silicon Valley. He transitioned to advisory and transactions in commercial real estate on behalf of institutional entities, family offices, high net worth investors. He recognized and took advantage of the commercial real estate market plunge and formation of the RTC in the early 90's. With the capital of global partners the company grew fast with an an aggressive acquisition strategy in a market full of fear. As the President and CEO of Sleepy Hollow Inv. Co. Adam built a vertically integrated company to support growth, operations and management of a large portfolio of commercial real estate assets over 24+ years achieving outsized returns for investors while maintaining a thoughtfulness, sensitivity and positive impact on the communities and the environment he invested in. His real estate career involved multi-billions of dollars in transaction value and construction. He is a requested speaker and panel participant in the US and internationally.
