Manages, tracks, and reports all costs for CH2M-Hill associated with the campaign maintenance work being performed in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. I assist with everything from establishing the factors and trends used in estimating our work, to creating the cost break down structure used to estimate our work, to the presentation of the final cost reports to our client. I also assist with tailoring our work management and reporting procedures to our client’s needs. I work directly with our superintendents, supervisors, planners, and foremen to more accurately progress and forecast the work being performed. I also assisted with the transition of our campaign maintenance group to both GT-1 (new payroll system) and Maximo (new work management system).
