Hergenrother Realty Group was originally founded in 2006. My then-girlfriend, and now beautiful wife, Sarah Ostiguy Hergenrother, and I started the Hergenrother-Ostiguy Group. Our slogan was, ‘Hard to pronounce, but easy to work with!’ Those days were awesome. We borrowed $8,000 to start our business and in the first 30 days spent half of it going to an industry conference. It was the first time I learned that investing in yourself and your own education would provide the biggest return. Fast forward for 2021 and the one real estate team in Vermont, has grown into a national real estate company - Livian. In 2021, Hergenrother Realty Group at KW Vermont officially merged into Livian.

In charge of all wholesale distributions for Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Managed and maintained all Accounts Receivables. Approved all credit applications for large real estate projects, real estate infrastructure, residential homes, commercial real estate and investment real estate. Managed the human resource department and was the information technology project manager.
