As a veteran of technology sales, I've learned that the best way to navigate through an ever-changing industry is providing a consistent, collaborative and energetic focus on the client experience. As valuable as technical expertise and product knowledge certainly can be, I make no secret that my priority will always be on listening to my clients to understand their specific goals, then utilizing every available resource to make those ideas materialize. I've spent nearly fifteen years developing inside and outside sales skills: working over the phone, face-to-face and electronically to deliver technology products and services to business, education and local government organizations. I have had proven success in working in concert with peers on sales teams, as well as on my own. Though I have consistently exceeded goals and won President's Awards at multiple organizations, I believe the greatest measure of my success is that many individual clients have continued to work with me for over a decade, and through job changes, relocations, economic fluctuations, and industry shifts.Secondarily, I am proud to be involved in radio broadcasting, serving as Music Director, producer and on-air host at WRLR, a non-profit, community-focused FM station in Lake County, IL. In my first three-and-a-half years, I have been fortunate to hone a new craft, working as a DJ, interviewer, emcee at events, as well as becoming proficient in audio production and post-production itself.
