He started Southern California's first organic catering company, Eco Caters, followed by a farm to table restaurant, Local Habit, and built strong ties to the food scene in San Diego. In 2016, Adam launched the first-ever hard kombucha brand (Boochcraft) and created a whole new category of organic adult beverages with a sustainable approach. He grew that company to $15M in revenue before leaving the operations to start PACHA and remains on the board guiding strategic decisions.
