Client Care Manager
Current• Consult with new and existing clients to assess security system needs and provide quotations for commercial and residential installations, additions, and upgrades.• Design customized security system specifications and prepare proposals, negotiating sales to meet client requirements and maximize revenue.• Act as Project Manager, coordinating scheduling with installation teams and providing post- installation support to ensure customer satisfaction.• Proactively manage client base to minimize attrition and generate an average annual revenue of over $280,000.• Own customer service and sales functions for Changeovers, Takeovers, and Additions for assigned accounts.• Implement strategies to enhance customer experience, including loyalty-based discount programs and alternative solutions for system upgrades.• Analyze attrition data and make recommendations for improvement to upper management.• Conduct survey calls for all installation jobs and follow up on service ticket surveys to ensure quality assurance.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Project Management, Finance, and Engineering departments to increase customer service success.
