Work on a small team developing educational learning products. Research and conceptualize instructional sequences for educational software; conduct usability testing. Design and facilitate a/synchronous instructor-led trainings (ILTs) to improve adult user experience. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across development team to create learning objectives, storyboards, instructional scripts, job aids, training plans, and assessment systems for learning modules. Project manage laboratory school’s curriculum development efforts; measure performance-based outcomes to identify further implementation needs. Invited to speak to Paris Education Ministry associates on project.Continued working with the Foundation and its lab school until February 2020 (COVID).

Designed an in-depth training program on self-management, data analysis, and performance psychology to enhance music performance; taught and coached in 1:1 and small group settings. Developed 75-page employee, student, and faculty reference handbooks. Developed program student life infrastructures, instructional content, and feedback systems for first HeifetzPEG. Trained and led a 7-person student life team in implementing the Institute’s student programs. Established cross-functional implementation and feedback systems to improve student experience and promote future growth and sustainability.

Designed major components of the learning laboratory’s instructional system across diverse behavioral-education models, including development of internal staff training and auditing processes. Assisted in analyzing other educational models, writing grant narratives, and building educational partnerships. (Worked for ADInstitute, the 501c3 arm of ADInternational.)Project Outcome: Accepted to Georgia charter incubator program; learning laboratory opened September 2017.

Woodstock, Va

Designed and implemented system-wide a/synchronous interactive eLearning and ILT instructor training on using Headsprout Reading software; developed with Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and internal LMS. Coached and audited 12 instructors in data-based decision making; supervised learning data of 72 students. Project Outcome: Students averaged a 21 percentile reading improvement after 30 hours of program instruction.

Woodstock, Va

Developed and implemented job skill training programs for adults with disabilities across industries. Consulted on worksite policies and accommodations to increase employee access and independence. Designed e-Learning modules, training videos, and ILTs on using technologically-based communication devices.

Trained allied health therapists on using precision measurement and fluency-based instruction in therapy. Developed eLearning and ILT training modules on a variety of topics for parents of children with disabilities. Developed and deployed training simulations for preparing special education interns and coaches for practice.

Accompanied soloists and choirs in university, precollege, school, church, and community settings.

Converted 30,000+ screens of material into ADA-compliant eLearning course content for school’s LMS. Developed training modules to train Office of Disability Services staff on instructional design principles. Worked closely with system administrators and engineers to deploy learning tools across the university.
