As the President & CEO, Adam Holcomb establishes the visionary direction for MAST, and provides inspirational leadership to keep the company and it's team focused on the long-term and short-term strategic goals. He oversees all operations of the company, and is dedicated to upholding MAST's foundational values of transparency, accuracy and authenticity.Adam has over a decade of experience in charter school finance and has a passion for supporting boards with financial operations and strategic planning. Adam is an expert in everything pertaining to school finances; from developing school budgets to back office support, to short-term and long-term financing, to strategic financial planning. In addition to his knowledge in finance, he understands how all departments within the school work together, and the importance that perspective brings to creating an integrated strategic plan for carrying out the board’s vision.

Served as the key strategist and decision-maker on the executive leaderhip team and responsible for the overall growth, direction, management, development and leadership of the company and school finance division consisting of 15 independent districts, and boards.

Responsible for account management, internal and external relationships, and overall financial viability for five school districts.

Responsible for nonprofit, partnership, and corporate tax return preparation and worked on audit engagements for corporations, school districts, and nonprofit organizations.
