Equity Research Associate
Current• Perform fundamental analysis on companies in the medical device, orthopedic, and dental sectors• Generate unique research ideas to create differentiated calls for institutional clients• Communicate research with sales team in a clear and concise manner• Build proprietary contact networks and attend industry conferences to gain insight into developing trends and product launches• Conduct industry channel checks and surveys to gauge near-term comparable sales trends and formulate actionable, data-driven investment decisions• Maintain detailed financial models to update, assess, and forecast valuation• Prepare company initiations, industry reports, and quarterly earnings recaps• Coverage group: ALGN, COO, HRC, ITGR, SNN, SRCL, STE, SYK, WMGI & ZBH
