CurrentLead the technical services, marketing, and communications teams in developing and delivering resources to advance the deployment of TSMO strategies. Key activities and accomplishments include: - Developed strategic marketing campaigns to establish resource areas, including a case study program, yearly webinar program, student tournaments, and a variety of technical resource centers. - Lead strategic marketing campaigns to connect with transit, MPO, and private companies on developing and using resources. Built relationships with key stakeholders in these areas to expand NOCoE’s impact. - Worked to build the digital presence of the organization, including the website and knowledge center, social media, bi-weekly newsletter, and strategic marketing efforts. - Provide guidance to the Director and team on project and resource prioritization and alignment with organizational strategy and goals. - Conduct engagement sessions with state departments of transportation to understand industry trends, program development, workforce needs, and overall gaps in institutional knowledge.
