My clients include Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Rapha Cycling Apparel, Khunu, Ethnotek, Kora, and Goodwood Estate.As the Founder and President of LOHAS Asia from 2009 to 2014, I conducted the largest piece of consumer market research into the LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability) consumer in Asia-Pacific, spanning 18 cities in 10 countries and funded by CLSA, one of the largest regional stockbrokers in Asia. I also developed an online business network of 1,800 affiliated ethical companies and ran an Angel Investing competition, partnered with Accenture, which saw two businesses get funding - Indosole & Ethnotek.During my tenure as CEO Asia-Pacific of Molton Brown (owned by Kao Cosmetics) from 2006 to 2008, I led the buyout of the regional JV partner, opened three subsidiary offices, launched the Luxury Hotel Amenities Programme, developed a regional network of distributors in five additional countries, and opened three flagship standalone retail shops.I am from the UK and my early career was in Sales Management in P&G and L'Oreal in the UK. leaving for Hong Kong in 1998 with L'Oreal. I spent 9 years in Hong Kong, 7 years in Singapore, 4 years in the French Alps before returning to the UK in 2018.I am a trustee of Brave Mind, a mental health charity.
