I have been working in the digital economy since 2011, with a strong focus on e-commerce, bricks-and-mortar hospitality, retail, and digital transformation.In my current role as Head of Transformation, Marketing at Asahi Europe & International, I am responsible for executing the company's 2030 strategy by creating a world-class marketing function with particular emphasis on consumer data and digital marketing technology and capabilities.With over 12 years of experience as a business owner, I have created a successful model of launching brands into new markets, hiring teams, finding distributors, and opening flagship stores. My clients include Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Rapha Cycling Apparel, Khunu, Ethnotek, Kora, and Goodwood Estate.As the Founder and President of LOHAS Asia from 2009 to 2014, I conducted the largest piece of consumer market research into the LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability) consumer in Asia-Pacific, spanning 18 cities in 10 countries and funded by CLSA, one of the largest regional stockbrokers in Asia. I also developed an online business network of 1,800 affiliated ethical companies and ran an Angel Investing competition, partnered with Accenture, which saw two businesses get funding - Indosole & Ethnotek.During my tenure as CEO Asia-Pacific of Molton Brown (owned by Kao Cosmetics) from 2006 to 2008, I led the buyout of the regional JV partner, opened three subsidiary offices, launched the Luxury Hotel Amenities Programme, developed a regional network of distributors in five additional countries, and opened three flagship standalone retail shops.I am from the UK and my early career was in Sales Management in P&G and L'Oreal in the UK. leaving for Hong Kong in 1998 with L'Oreal. I spent 9 years in Hong Kong, 7 years in Singapore, 4 years in the French Alps before returning to the UK in 2018.I am a trustee of Brave Mind, a mental health charity.
